Il patio è di circa 150 mq ed è arredato con tavoli e sedie, potrete trascorrere delle piacevoli serate all'aperto, giocare a carte o, semplicemente leggere un buon libro.
Fronte patio potrete godere della vista sul giardino di 1000 m2 con al centro una palma alta più di 40 metri oltre a composizioni di cicas, palme da dattero ed altre piante tipiche della macchia mediterranea. Una parte del giardino è dedicata al frutteto dove troverete alberi di limoni, di albicocche, melograne, nespole, ulivi, fichi d’india e prugne.
