Welcome to Hope Winds, a charming 2,500 sq. ft. ranch-style house on a serene 4-acre property. Located in the southeastern parish of the island, this home enjoys a constant refreshing breeze from the Atlantic Ocean.
Conveniently situated, Hope Winds is just 5 km from the airport, 3 km from the Villages at Coverly to the northeast, and 3 km from Oistins.
The home has a spacious open-plan design featuring a moderately sized kitchen that flows into a breakfast nook and a separate dining area. It includes a 2-car garage and separate servant’s quarters.
Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, pergola, and a tranquil koi pond. The property offers three large bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Summary: Ryan is a wonderful property manager! The home was well suited for our 3 generations with lots of space to spread out. The 4 acres are perfectly manicured lawns. When we booked this home the map showed it adjacent to the boardwalk but it was adjacent to the airport landing strip. Definitely rent a car while staying here. We got used to the air traffic and with the windows closed in the bedrooms that have a/c you couldn’t hear them. It was a great house for our stay.
