Fern Hill Inn is warm and cozy with modern features, a great place to spend time with family. Everything is new, fresh and clean! Spend time on the back deck soaking in the hot tub, watching some TV in the family room, maybe hide away behind the barn door and work in the office or simply enjoy a cup of coffee on the huge front porch.
Fern Hill is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath home. The perfect set up for a single couple, a small family or a traveling couple. She also has a killer front porch and a roomy back deck with hot tub.
The home is on a large 1.5 acre lot and is situated above a walkout basement that is not open to renters. Fern Hill Inn is not in a deed restricted neighborhood, so boat and RV parking are welcome, along work vans for our traveling workers.

Summary: This place is very comfortable. The best part is the attention to detail from the hosts. There is everything one could possibly need. The kitchen is very well appointed. The hot tub immaculate and the beds comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this vacation rental to anyone. Do not hesitate to stay here.
