Beautiful Blue Haven is a brand-new 2023 vacation villa with a traditional split floor plan. Nestled in the northern part of Broadmoor (Rotonda West is DEED-RESTRICTED and lovely community), this gorgeous home provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, golfing, and the breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Decorated in the soothing colors of the Gulf, this beautiful home boasts three comfortable bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The large master bedroom features a King bed, dresser, chest of drawers, flatscreen tv, and a GORGEOUS SHOWER! Separate “his and her” vanities, a walk-in closet and slider to the lanai complete this private oasis. The guest bedrooms are accessed via a private hallway that includes its own tub/shower bathroom with access to the lanai/pool. The rear bedroom is beautifully decorated in shades of seafoam and features a slider to the lanai. The opposite bedroom is decorated in an attractive nautical theme, which is sure to please. Both guest rooms are well-appointed, featuring Queen beds, a dresser and two nightstands. All of the beds feature comfortable SERTA BEAUTYREST mattresses…ideal for late afternoon naps and a good night’s sleep! The spacious main living area boasts 90-degree sliders that open to the lanai and are designed to LET THE OUTSIDE IN! Simply perfect for those sunny, 70-degree days! A tray ceiling and “BIG ASS™” fan draw your eyes up to the 10-foot ceilings throughout. The living room is beautifully decorated in shades of sand and aqua. The reclining leather sofa and loveseat are perfect for napping after a long day at the beach, watching your favorite show on the 50-inch “app” tv, or just enjoying the hi-speed internet with a laptop or cell phone. An assortment of both adult and children’s games are also provided. The kitchen is breathtaking and extremely well-appointed. This chef’s paradise features a farmhouse sink, pantry, granite countertops, tile backsplash, pot filler and feature hood over the electric range, waterfall cabinet glass, brand new appliances and is fully-stocked with everything you could possibly need! Just bring the groceries! The laundry room includes an LG He washer and dryer, ironing board with iron, a vacuum and other housekeeping supplies, as well as a clothing drying rack. Headed to the beach? The three-car garage holds 6 beach chairs and two umbrellas, a cooler bag, a big bag of beach toys, 2 beach shovels and 2 sand sifters. Just bring the sunscreen! Outside, the gorgeous lanai and saltwater pool awaits! The lanai boasts a beautiful oil-rubbed bronze pool cage with privacy panels and pavers. A comfortable and multipurpose sectional awaits, for both relaxing and dining. Are you longing for a “cheeseburger in paradise” or skin that’s free from sand? A Weber grill is ready to barbeque your burgers to perfection and the outdoor shower is easily accessed from the lanai via a paved walkway from the garage! Two chaise loungers and an outdoor drying rack are also provided. The in-ground pool, with a depth of just 6’ at the deepest end, includes a sun shelf with bubbler, a waterfall, and a built-in seat. The saltwater will leave your skin silky and your bathing suits unbleached. The pool can also be heated for an additional fee. All this home needs is YOU!
