This ancient independent 19th century villa is located on the slopes of Romena Castle and is surrounded by a large park with lime trees, oaks and holm oaks. The property is accessed by crossing a 300 m avenue with cypress trees.
The living area of ​​approximately 340 m² is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is an entrance; a living room with lounge and fireplace; a large dining room, open to the living room with fireplace and lounge and with exit to the outside. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with access to the outside. The kitchen is equipped with 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, small freezer and a coffee machine.
