This is a new 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with balcony overlooking North Beach Blvd. and the Bay St. Louis harbor which is very convenient if you come by boat and you dock at the harbor. The harbor can accommodate boats up to sixty feet. However, there is no parking for boat trailers. Parking is limited to one vehicle on site in the rear of the complex, but there is public parking nearby. Inquiries for long-term vacation rental are welcome. Also, this property is only an hour away from New Orleans.This condo is tastefully decorated by a professional decorator. It is spacious and equipped for your comfort. It comes with a onetime setup of clean linens, towels, washcloths, paper products, detergent, soap and shampoo. Also, there is a washer and dryer if needed as well as an iron and ironing board. The main gathering area of the condo, consists of an open kitchen plan to the dining area, living room and balcony. The balcony has chairs and tables to accommodate 4 people seated and take the spectacular views of the Mississippi Sound.. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, 2 recliners, and tv. The dining area has a dining table and chairs to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen bar has 4 stools. There is enough silverware, plates and glasses for up to six people. The kitchen is equipped with all new equipment; range top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. For those who wish to cook, this kitchen is equipped with cookware. But why bother when some of the most popular restaurants in Bay St. Louis are at your door steps or within a short walk..The master bedroom has a king-size bed, tv and a large bathroom with a tub, separate shower and water closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, tv along with private bathroom and is equipped with a kitchenette. The kitchenette has its own frig, microwave & coffee pot. Also, the second bedroom has its own entrance and exit to the outside and can be isolated from the rest of the condo.
