This home is comfortable and spacious with 10-foot ceilings, Crown Moulding and tons of large windows allowing natural sunlight to stream throughout the open space. Beautiful wide plank wood flooring and ceramic tile in bathrooms.
Lovely modern kitchen with marble countertops, gas stove, large kitchen with farm style sink and island with seating along with top-of-the-line appliances. Bathrooms also with marble countertops. Master bath has large new free floating soaking tub with double sinks and glass enclosed walk-in shower. Guest bathroom has glass enclosed walk-in shower with sink and is open access to the main great area. There is a full separate laundry room with new washer and dryer that sits off the kitchen.
Home entry has a large and charming quintessential southern screened in porch with plenty of seating including a porch swing. There is another screened in porch off kitchen, leading to the rear detached garage with grilling area and a HUGE pristine yard that is PRIVATE and Peaceful!
