Summary: Great location, but the property was not as advertised, bottom level of a two story house, overpriced but, location was excellent. Pots in the kitchen would have been handy, walking into a msg that insects were a problem 🤔 only because the property wasn’t kept up to date, spiders, cockroaches and crickets were issues throughout. No remote for tv, no remote for dvd player (so unusable) Backyard definitely does not look as advertised, bbq unusable. For the price charged, wouldn’t be hard to keep at a very usable standard. This is a commercial property, not a privately owned property, charging top $ for average accommodation, but, it’s all about location I suppose. Great position but a little disappointed.
