Enjoy pond views from the 1000 sq ft deck of this spacious, waterfront home in Harwich (sleeps 10). You'll find ACs in all the bedrooms (including the in-law), the living/dining room, and in the kitchen. There's plenty of room for the whole family with 4 bedrooms in the main home plus a separate entrance "in-law" apartment with a king bed, its own kitchenette, sofa, and bathroom. The main floor features an updated, spacious kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an attached dinette area. Also on the main floor is a dining area that seats 6, a living room with HDTV/WiFi/Cable, a full bath with shower, a laundry room, and a first floor bedroom with a queen bed. On the 2nd Floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and sliders that lead to a private deck overlooking the pond. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The "in-law" apartment is also on the second floor although not accessible from inside the house. There is a bonus family room in the finished basement with a TV for games (bring your own). The oversized deck offers plenty of outdoor furniture and a table for dining. Additional amenities include: a gas grill, a sandy area at the pond, plus the quintessential enclosed outdoor shower! Sandy area at base of pond for dipping and fishing, swimming, kayaking, stand up paddling are allowed. Algae differs depending on weather. Saturday to Saturday only. Tenants are NOT allowed to bring pets. Smoking NOTpermitted. Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are NOT provided. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by eCheck or Visa/MasterCard.
