Positive: Beautiful new home with plenty of everything you could ever need -- from cups to appliances, games, beach chairs, and more. It is clear the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into all of the amenities. They were super responsive when we had questions. Location is great. Perfect for families or a group of people visiting the Cape.
Negative: The back stairs can feel a bit scary for a kid to be on with no railings. That is stretching to find any faults. It was an absolutely delightful stay. It is a far departure from many of the older places you can rent on the Cape.
