UPSTAIRS
Master Bedroom - The spacious master suite features large windows that showcase the spectacular water views. This room features a plush king sized bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, a walk-in wardrobe and a study nook with a desk and chair.
Master Ensuite - The master bathroom is complete with a toilet, vanity and a walk-in shower with double shower heads.
Bedroom 2 - Located on the upper floor this bedroom again has amazing water views. This room contains a queen size bed, an additional floor mattress and wardrobe. This room has ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom upstairs has breathtaking canal views, this room contains a comfortable queen size bed, a wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 - The final bedroom upstairs is perfect for the kids with a single/double bunk bed (top single, bottom double), wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2 - The main bathroom upstairs includes a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Office/Study Space - As you enter the top floor of the home you will find the common area with a large desk and two chairs, a lounge and TV. This is a great space to focus and get some work or study done.
DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 5 - Located on the lower level of the home this spacious room features a king bed, TV, reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. This room has a lockable sliding glass door opening to a private patio area.
Bathroom 3 - The bathroom downstairs has a shower, toilet and vanity.
Laundry Room - Front loader washing machine, dryer and sink with sliding doors that open out to the side outdoor space with a clothes line.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage. There is space to park two cars in the driveway inside the electric gate. There is also plenty of free street parking available.

The home is located in the stunning waterfront community of Pelican Waters, and is situated only a short walk (500m) to the beautiful sands of Golden Beach (Apex Park) and the Pumicestone Passage. Pelican Waters is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of scenic cycling and walking tracks. A short drive north will take you to the main street of Golden Beach with an array of cafes, restaurants, post office and a grocery store. Pelican Waters also has a shopping precinct with shops, a tavern, cafes and a range of parks - only a 4-minute drive away.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*We professionally & hygienically clean using medical grade disinfectant and strict cleaning protocols including all surfaces, light switches, handles & remotes etc. We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adhere to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
