Living - An abundance of living options with multiple areas that seamlessly join inside with outside. Great size Tv's with NETFLIX perfect for those movie nights! ***PLEASE NOTE***Free to Air TV is only available on the TV in the BBQ area. Netflix is only available on the TV in the Lounge area. Ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans are featured throughout the home.

We use hotel quality linen through a professional laundering service, all bedding, bath towels/mats, tea towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee. A porta-cot is available for use. Linen for the porta cot is NOT provided. Please bring your own bedding if you require use of the cot.
Outdoors - So many things to do for all ages with plenty of space outside to dine or entertain. Sparkling resort style swimming pool, a putting green, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, woodfire pizza oven!
Guest Access:
Entire property available for guest use. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in.

Getting around by car is best option however you can walk to some nice locations, shops, parks etc.

Unfortunately the boat on the pontoon is not for guest use.
Please note the pool is not heated. Pool towels are NOT provided.
The pool lights and pool jets DO NOT work due to being connected to the pump, which the settings have been programmed for the pools filteration system to work.
Please note that 'free-to-air' TV is NOT available on the Main TV - only on the TV located in the outdoor/BBQ area.
We do not accept bookings for school leavers.
