Summary: Advertised at luxury is a bit much. Increase in maintenance and cleaning services are a must to make this an enjoyable stay. Outside maintenance: spa was dirty so we didnt get to use it, broken chairs, wasp nest. Chalet: White walls are only nice when clean. bed linens dirty, doodling in mirror, dirty sock from previous
