* Self inflatable queen size air mattress fits perfectly in the living room for additional sleeping.
* Portable crib with removable bassinet
* Well behaved/potty trained Dogs are welcome! Certain restrictions apply for breeds.
*Golf cart (if on site) is available for our guests to use within the resort
*Private Launch-Boaters: No Lines to launch your boat
Call the main office for Boat slips rental information if available (up to 26' ft boats)
*Community Pool/ Spa, Laundry facility, bathrooms/showers, cardio machines & pool table in recreation room.

Summary: Great place for the first trip to Lake Havasu! The second "bunk house" bedroom was a little inconvenient when having to walk outside onto the deck to enter the main house to use the restroom, but it worked fine. The view and wildlife watching from the deck was the best part! Thanks for a great stay!
