Beautiful Large Salt Water Pool and Spa with huge covered Malibu step perfect for the small kids. Landscaping features include a rock waterfall and a seating platform up high to enjoy the lake view. Master has a King bed, 2nd guest room has a Queen, 3rd guest room has 2 full beds. The Casita has a Queen bed with a full bath, TV plays DVD only. Great for entertaining or lots of room for everyone to just relax. Living room has a BIG LED flat screen TV, Direct TV and Wi-Fi internet. Open kitchen with lots of counter space. Sitting for 8 at the dining room table. BBQ and plenty of seating on the patio. Garage parking for 1 vehicle only. All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 per month. Cameras are for security purposes only.
