Positive: It was in a nice location. Close to the Cove which is a nice restaurant and place to take an airboat ride.
Negative: I came at a bad time. It was in the process of being sold which I was unaware of. This lead to the internet being shut down during our stay and lots of dust due to maintenance work. I could tell the walls were freshly painted but I had to dust off all the appliances and furniture myself. Major leak under the sink that had an overflowing bowl under it. I did let them know of the issues I found and they were going to look into it. Again, I could tell that they were trying to do improvements so hopefully everything is fine now. Great location.
