Built in 2021, Sunset Point sits on 1.6 acres and has an open floor plan of ~7500sq ft that maximizes its gorgeous sunsets, indoor/outdoor living and dramatic 'wow moments' throughout. Enter into a 2 story foyer where you'll be greeted by an oversized dining room with 15ft table and custom curved white oak staircase with iron railings that wraps around a 2 story raindrop chandelier. Look to your right and be inspired by the living room's floor to ceiling all glass wine closet & the 12ft accordion style sliding bar windows. The 24ft sliders straight ahead draw you out to 3000sq ft patio with infinity edge overlooking the 125ft frontage of the Shrewsbury River.
