Gorgeous views in lakefront 2nd floor studio apartment. 900 square feet with full kitchen and bath, washer dryer. Separate sleeping area, living area, eating area, workspace. House is well insulated so very quiet and comfortable with AC/heat. Free fast wifi. Internet TV. Screened in porch provides an idyllic place for morning coffee, and gorgeous evening sunsets. Porch is up amongst the trees. Watch and listen to birds and other wildlife with their daily goings-on. Two kayaks available with entry on the dock for the 90 acre Cooper Lake. Sit out on the dock and enjoy the constant gentle breeze. Fish from the dock or from a kayak or your own watercraft. Take a walk in the quiet neighborhood, ride bikes.
