4 Bedroom Cabin in Neyland

Spacious rooms throughout a freshly decorated and inviting cottage. South facing, providing warm and comfortable living space throughout, with water views from most of the windows. A lawned garden with patio and seating is to be found at the front of the house with commanding waterway views. A large, fully secure garden to the rear is safe for children and dogs. Here you can sit and eat outside in privacy in the outside picnic area, which is real suntrap! There is also a small orchard where there are apples and pears to be picked in season.
Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room (large free standing fridge and separate freezer, lots of storage, washing machine, tumble drier, dish washer, ironing facilities), and an attractive dining area with seating for eight. There is a step between the dining area and kitchen.
A separate large comfortable lounge with a large picture window with a super waterway view, and lots of sofa space for lounging. Two airy double bedrooms on the ground floor with easy access and unimpeded water views, and a fully equipped wet room. In the attic are two more large bedrooms - a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, and a separate shower room.
The cottage has wi fi, TV, and plenty of space for beach, hiking, bikes or boating equipment and is centrally heated.
