Our home is a 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bath waterfront coastal house with amazing views over the bay and plenty of patio/pier/deck space to enjoy the sun set. The canal is wide open and ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking and boating. We have a private boatslip and pier. Its surrounded with great amenities including the Galveston Counrty Club and golf course. A wonderful seafood restaurant, Waterman's is right down the street with a marina, boat launch, sports bar and fishing pier. Pirates beach is half a mile away with drive on access at 11 mile road. Our home is ideal for kids, Wii and X box included and the kitchen is fully stocked with a grill outside for burgers and steaks. The 3rd floor is a kids paradise with plenty of beds and living space just for the kids. The Beach is 1/2 mile away. There is a drive on beach at the end of 11 mile Road. Moody Gardens is 7.6 miles away, Pleasure Pier is 10.3 Miles away and the Strand is 11.7 miles away. 5 Bedrooms are as follows: 1st floor- 1 Queen bedroom 2nd floor- 1 King Master, 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 Twins and a trundle 3rd floor- Bunk Bed with a twin on top, Double in the middle and twin trundle and 2 Futons. We also keep two twin blow up mattresses in the closet. We have WIFI. Please note this house is a duplex. We own and rent out the right side.
