5 bedroom house with private water frontage on Stocker Pond. This home has all of the amenities for fun on the water. The large deck overlooks the the pond with stairs down to the water. At night, relax in a chair atop the boathouse and watch the gorgeous sunsets. Private dock for you to launch your watercrafts or jump in and take a swim! 25 minutes from Mount Sunapee Resort for wintertime skiing. Enjoy cross country skiing and snowshoeing right out your back door on the pond as well as in the Eastman Community just a 10 minute drive away where they have miles of groomed trails.

Summary: The house was as expected from the photos. It was well supplied and comfortable, even for my 87 year old aunt. It was late February in NH and we had to search for warm blankets for the beds. Once we found them, we were very comfortable.
