We are also next door to Top water grill restaurant and marina with boat ramp and docking. The house comes fully furnished. All linens, blankets, towels, etc. All well stocked washer/dryer in house. There are 3 levels of patios leading to a roof top hot tub and 360-degree view of the bay and sky.line. On-site 330 ft Private lighted fishing pier with cleaning station . Great spot for fishing and crabbing. Or walk next door to a great seafood restaurant with dockside dining.
