Positive: The house is very spacious in a nice neighborhood adjacent to the golf course. The kitchen is large and well stocked. There are 3 bathrooms which is great for getting out the door in the morning! The key code to get in the door was convenient for more than one person coming and going.
Negative: I couldn't figure out how to make the washing machine work. I am fine with stairs, but somebody with mobility issues might have more trouble since you have to go up or down a half flight at the front door.
Summary: Great value in a nice neighborhood!
