Both living rooms have sleeper sofas. This newly updated home is fully stocked with towels, linens and beach chairs. It offers an open sand courtyard between the front home and the guest house. Decks on the front and back of the home offer indoor outdoor living. The guest house includes a indoor ping pong table and air hockey table. Brand new Self-cleaning oven, separate kosher cooking supplies & kosher amenities are available. BBQ, dishwasher and washer & dryer help complete some of the amenities. The home has a landline with unlimited local and long distance calls within the continental US, premium cable channels along with HBO. High definition flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and living rooms. High speed wifi is included with cellular phone booster. Pets will be considered with a Pet fee.
