The full kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need for home cooked meals. There is one full bathroom with tub/shower and quality fluffy white towels. The one car garage has a washer/dryer and garage door opener. The living room has a fireplace, cable TV and a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge. The cottage has WiFi and a Bose ipod Dock. Lounge in the large backyard featuring a spacious brick patio with umbrellas, comfortable outdoor sofas around a gas firepit, teak adirondacks, dining table and chairs, large stainless Weber BBQ and an outdoor shower with hot water. Summary: We came in to town for work & house hunting. Kim was awesome about sharing the details we needed to get settled in for our almost 2 week stay. She sent great recs for local food & cocktails as well. The neighborhood is fantastic and neighbors super friendly! The backyard is its own oasis… we opened the back door every night to hear the waves crashing. The beach is a few houses away, and there’s so much you can walk to. The house itself is very comfortable and easy to enjoy. We will stay again; highly recommend!
