The property is a multifamily home with three separate units. Our guests stay in unit A - the entire lower level of the property with access to the private outdoor patio. Long term tenants occupy the upper units. Each unit has separate entrances. The home is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
We take pride in providing a clean, relaxing, & enjoyable space for our guests! We cater towards groups who want the home away from home type of feel. Our place is spacious yet cozy and fully stocked with all necessary home supplies (comfy linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, etc) so you can get to enjoying your time here right away.
Rouses Market is located one block over from the house. A quick 5 minute walk to grab any grocery items you might need. They also have a large selection of beer, wines, and liquor.
We have a smart lock system for easy self check-ins at your leisure. A new keypad code is generated for each reservation and will be sent to you the morning of check-in.
We do not cater to groups who intend to throw parties, make excessive noise late at night, or cause disturbances to our upstairs tenants/quiet neighborhood. We enforce quiet hours 10pm to 8am every night. There are many great spots within walking distance from the house, such as Ms. Mae’s, that we encourage our guests to enjoy after hours. Party on the town, not at the house.
