Choose from a Queen, Full, or Twin and don't forget to let us know if you need our pack 'n play for the little one. And don't worry about packing your linens, bed sheets, comforters, pillows, and bath towels as they are included for no additional fee!
The AC in each room will cool you down after a great day at the beach, the kitchen has everything you need, and our newly retiled shower is like a spa retreat.
Situated just at the edge of downtown Orleans, "The Little Green House on the Corner" is the perfect starting place for your Cape Adventures, your quiet days, and even your landing place if you need to get a little work done before you head back to the beach.
Little Green is within walking distance of Eldredge Park, the home field for the Cape Cod Baseball League's Orleans Firebirds - an Orleans experience that is not to be missed! On the way, you'll find the Orleans Elementary School playground and playing fields, the Finch Skatepark, a public running track at Nauset Regional Middle School, the Eldredge Park playground, and tennis and pickleball courts. You could have a full week of family fun without turning off our road! (Did we mention we are on the July 4th parade route? Truly the best seats in town!)
Ready for more adventure? You'll be at Skaket Beach, Nauset Beach, or Rock Harbor in a matter of minutes. If freshwater is more your thing, Crystal Lake is right around the corner, with Pilgrim Lake and Baker's Pond just a few minutes away.
The traffic on the Cape is famous (not in a good way!) but not a problem from Little Green. Grocery stores, pharmacies, the local bowling alley, bars and restaurants, ice cream, shopping, live music-you name it, Orleans has it. And you will be there without battling traffic. You can even leave your car behind and head out on foot. Our quiet residential neighborhood lets you feel right at home when you're ready to leave the hustle and bustle of town behind you.
The shady backyard is waiting for you to lay out lunch on the picnic table, push the kids on the swings, and finish the day with a s'more roasted over the fire pit. There is plenty of space for your dog to run around on the chemical-free lawn and for your kids to play safely.
