Unique setting combines clean, spacious house, 25 acres of meadow and woods, and 10 minute walk to the Big House! Host your graduation celebration in the beautiful backyard.
Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, huge screened porch, back deck with 6-person hot tub, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit, pool table...all on 25 public acres of meadow and woods -- with a well-traveled shortcut to the game.
Family/pet-friendly includes 3 large TVs, pool table, table shuffleboard, darts, knee hockey, bikes, and lots of indoor and outdoor toys to play with. Bright well-equipped eat-in kitchen. 3 private bedrooms upstairs, bedroom and pull-out and air mattresses in the basement, and 3.5 baths make it easy for 2 families to share the house with privacy.
Small gatherings okay early in the day, but no house parties or late nights outside -- we have neighbors with young children who are sensitive to noise.
This is a nice, clean place where you can feel comfortable and relaxed.
House has cleaning service before and after each renter.
