Modern and clean recent construction, just ten minutes walk to Manuel Antonio Beach and right in the middle of a hotspot for monkey crossings! Location is also walking distance to Biesanz Beach, a calm cove perfect for swimming and for children. Walk to Shana by the Sea Resort and purchase a day pass for spa, gym, and pool usage and to many great restaurants. House has a small plunge pool for cooling off too! Because of the steep stairs, we only allow children age 10 and up. No loud music or partying after 10 p.m.. Policies are strictly enforced.

Summary: Great location. Nice well kept property. Close to beach, restaurants and bars. Very private. We enjoyed a nice mix of eating out and cooking, including grilling on the patio. We used the small pool daily. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Christian was available for anything we needed.
