There are public transit bus stops directly across the street off E Palm Canyon, alleviating the need to drive to the Palm Springs greater downtown. All Parking is free and covered! Bedding and towels are all NEW. A BeautyRest@ king size mattress , medium firm, and all new bedding added 2021. A brand new HVAC system with AC and an Ecobee Alexa Smart Thermostat was installed June 2021.

The unit has central heat and AC, strong extended Wifi, and each of the two TV's are Roku equipped. You have access to a variety of streaming platforms on Roku.
We keep a well stocked tool kit, power drill, spare batteries and lots of home supplies.
There are 2 air conditioned pay laundry rooms available for your use, along with a decent collection of books, tapes and DVD's available to borrow from the Clubhouse.
