Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful wood farmhouse dining table with a bench (seats 8). In the main room you will find a large leather reclining sectional and a TV making this a favorite gathering place before, during and after dinner because of the open concept.
Other amenities include satellite/cable; unlimited ATT high speed Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, Keurig machine, loads of parking, iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer in case you forgot to pack something important!
Outside, enjoy sitting on the private lakeview deck orgathering around the campfire ring with camp chairs and firewood for purchase. The half circle driveway provides ample space for cars, trailers, off road rigs/toys. Store them behind the house out of sight, or on the sides or driveway! This house also comes with a fixed dock platform at the lakefront, and an option to rent a slip at Flat Hollow Marina or Powell Valley Marina just a few miles away!
Our property is also only 30 minutes from the Cumberland Gap National Park - perfect for hiking and exploring rich history, spectacular scenery, impressive vistas, unique geologic sandstone formations, magnificent underground caverns, and abundant and diverse plant and animal life. Hundreds of miles of hiking trails are also within a 30 minute drive as well, and the Tacket Creek ATV trailhead is about a fifteen minute drive away.
Bring your own boats and jet skis or rent our boats. We have a 21' Crownline open bow ski boat (seats 7), 25' 2020 Avalon tritoon (seats 16, 150 hp), and a 21' 2019 Harris tritoon (seats 12, 150 hp) available for rent in season, along with life jackets available (subject to checking sizes in advance) and lake toys, delivered to the marina, dock and/or jet ski ports upon your arrival, or meet us at a launch, depending on the property location. Restrictions on minimum days rented w/o a delivery fee do apply. Operating instructions, safety training manual, and check-in / check-out in person with the dock guy are mandatory - minimum age 26.
