Outside features a covered front porch, two oversized, covered decks overlooking the water and a private dock with two boat slips. The upper back deck features a grilling area and two outdoor dining tables.
The house has a large fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The quiet water of the cove provides a safe and calm area for families to enjoy the water. The dock has a ladder for easy access in and out of the water and a paddle boat for your enjoyment. The backyard is gently sloping down to the Lake with a paved path. Ample driveway space makes it easy for you and your guests to take full advantage of ample parking and room for your boat trailer.
Blue Springs Marina is right down the road from the house for easy access to launch your boat or rent a pontoon.
