Positive: The property is extremely comfortable and spacious, and very convenient to the beach and town both. It was a pleasure to interact with the host, who was very accessible and accommodating. The property was clean and ready upon our arrival. Overall, a great stay.
Negative: The kitchen equipment lacked a few items (no potholders or bread knife), but these were of minor importance. Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped. The location next to the skateboarding park was noisy in the evenings, especially on the weekend when there was late-night partying.
