Positive: The house was very spacious and clean; the large kitchen was well equipped which was good as we cooked and ate in most evenings. The roof terrace was a great bonus - lovely to enjoy the morning sunshine and to watch the sunrise. Car parking was easy. The village was very quiet - no crowds! The local mini store was useful for fresh bread in the morning. Freddy was very pleasant - he met us at the property as promised and allowed us to get in an hour early. He provided useful local information
Negative: We wanted to stay away from the more touristy areas (after our first week in Los Christianos), but hadn't appreciated quite how remote the house was. There was nothing to visit within walking distance (the one bar and the 'restaurant' in the next village were not very welcoming) and the drive out always involved several km of narrow, steep, winding road that our small hire car struggled with. The weather is much more windy than on the west coast of Tenerife
