The house is located in Abades, a small town on the south coast of sunny Tenerife. Here there are no tall buildings, no noisy nightclubs, busy streets or street vendors. The whole house has been recently renovated in the summer of 2017. The house is a 10 minute walk from a large sandy beach, beautiful and ideal for children. Nearby are bars and cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and diving school. There are many nice trails in the area and you can walk from beach to beach, and here they are never crowded! Within a 25 minutes by-car, there are several golf courses.
The house has two floors: the first floor consists of living / dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom / WC with shower.
The second floor consists of 1 bedroom and bathroom and toilet with shower and bathtub.
It has microwave, big fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, DVD, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, bed linen and towels.
In the garden there is plenty of space if you want sun or shade, there is a dining area with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and outdoor shower. There is free parking on the street.
The house is approved by the Spanish authorities for short-term rental to tourists, it means greater security for you as renter!
