Positive: The kitchen space.
Negative: Bathroom ; shower curtain really needs to be changed. Shower head needs to be replaced. No space for toilette stuff. Few shelves installed would have fixed the issues. The bathroom definitely needs a lot of work to get it done. The landlord invested the money for the kitchen and I believe the bathroom uses the most. Air conditioning: it’s really hot when you come bank from a day long travel and the unit is so toasty. AC unit really needed. Bedroom: a small utility table would help too.
Summary: It’s ok if you travel during winter time.
