In the town of Santa Marina Salina, a few steps from a clear and fragrant sea, in a quiet and panoramic position, the charm of an ancient Aeolian villa built by a family of ship owners, the nineteenth-century sea merchants, Villalavinia awaits you: a solution particularly exclusive for visiting the island, but at the same time convenient, thanks to the possibility of hosting a family of four, and the availability of a complete kitchen, which, as in typical Aeolian houses, is found outdoors. If there is a need for more space, contact us for information: the apartment is just one of the different real estate units included in the villa, in which a total of 12 beds are available. The large room with a domed ceiling overlooks a very large terrace with a view of Stromboli, Panarea, Lipari. Extraordinary feature of the house, there is the possibility to enjoy in a unique way the spectacle of the sea and the sky: leaving the door on the terrace at the door, the rays of the dawn sun will lick your bed. There is WIFI and air conditioning, but this is rarely used, thanks to the properties of the ancient lava stone walls, almost a meter thick, and the fortunate exposure of the house. The window overlooks Vicolo Battisti, the descent to the sea, which is a few steps away. You can reach an ancient dock, where a comfortable steel ladder is installed to go up from the water, under the house, or the stony beaches of Punta Barone, in a couple of minutes. Summary: Wonderful location. Outside kitchen was ok . Some hanging space in the main bedroom would have been appreciated. Overall , we enjoyed staying in the apartment with spacious balcony.
