Positive: Quick reply from the host, keys handed over on arival, returned easily. Super clean large apartment with everthing you might need from towels to cutting board in the kitchen. Quiet place, comfy beds :-). Possibility to use the washing machine was a big plus on our trip (we were passing through). No hidden costs / taxes / fees, everything included.
