Very comfortable villa on the ground floor, quiet and not overlooked, with an area of 110 m2, with 3 double bedrooms, a large living room with open kitchen, bathrooms with tub and Italian shower and double sink, separate toilet . It has storage space and is equipped with every comfort (WiFi, TV, bluetooth speaker, SENSEO, LV, LL, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, blender, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer ...) .
Outside, you can enjoy the 8 mx 4 m swimming pool for private use, secured by an automatic above-ground shutter, with a submerged beach for chatting, sunbathing or reading in the water, its sunbathings, deckchairs and parasols , all on a peaceful 500m2 plot, with a Pool House for a drink or a shower to cool off.
From the living room you access the 25 m2 covered terrace with sofa / 2 armchairs and an outdoor table and Weber barbecue.
We are close to amenities: bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, tobacco shop and restaurant 500m away, all shops (supermarket / pharmacy / butcher…) 10 kms to Barjols or St Maximin la ste Baume You will find many Provencal markets nearby.
