Very Central Apartment Picasso 2BD Wifi:
Our house is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families with children and groups. It is a very quiet area on the outskirts of Colmenarejo but at the same time well communicated with the center of Madrid, there is direct bus. Anyhow is worthy to have your own car.
Sporty family or group?, we have a 10x4m swimming pool, a basketball court and a trampoline for the small ones.
The spacious house comes fully equipped for all your needs,
Living room :
including with contemporary great white leather sofa, coffee tables, side tables, lamps, flat screen TV 43. Lovely dining area to seat six.
Kitchen:
fully luxury fitted, including built in oven/cooker, microwave, double fridge/freezer, washer machine, dishwasher and all brand new crockery, cutlery, glassware.
Bathrooms:
three bathrooms with shower/bathtub, with luxury towels and hair dryer.
The apartment has four bedrooms,
Master double bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and a suite bathroom with shower, new high end bed frame and new luxury mattress, mattress protector, comfortable new bedding, pillows.
From the main bedroom you have access to the terrace.
Another Master double bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and a suite bathroom with bathtub. As this room is upstairs has nice views and also has a big enough working area.
One bedroom with two beds and fitted wardrobes has a light blue decoration that relax your sight and the last bedroom has one bed and fitted wardrobes and a light green walls.
The accommodation offers free Internet access for those who need to work or simply catch up on the news, or read up on Madrid beautiful, vivacious city.
We will wait for you at the apartment to provide you with the keys and help on everything you need. As we are not always available a very close friend of us will welcome you.
Check in/out are flexible while possible (if no other guests are check in/out).
The swimming pool is covered to keep it clean and warm so the temperature could reach up to 30 degrees in summer time. But if you are more of cold water just leave it open it will cold down during the night.
While enjoying a BBQ please be careful and make sure it is totally off when you finish.
Our house is situated from 35 km to Madrid city.
In our village there is one of the most interesting university in the Sierra de Guadarrama Universidad Carlos III (UC3M), 5 minutes walking.
Torrelodones, just 10 minutes by car from Colmenarejo, is a very nice village in Madrid Sierra, with lovely restaurants, terraces, parks and the Green Paddock Is a 9 hole pitch
putt course, as well as a driving range and a short game area with putting green and pitching area. There is a golf school for children.
It's also close to places like El Escorial (Royal Monastery), Ávila (one of the oldest cities fortified in Spain) and Segovia (magnificent Roman Aqueduct and its Alcazar fortress it's the most spectacular castle in Spain).
