Secondary bedroom offers a full bed, two single beds and full adjoining bath with tile shower. Cozy third bedroom provides a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and single on top, plus adjoining full bath with tile shower. The fourth bedroom is a private loft with queen mattress.
Primary living space inside the home is a large living room with oversized doors on both ends which open to porches and let in the fresh seaside air. This space includes a pair of comfy couches, a table for 4 and a desk with high speed fios internet/wifi, provided at no cost. The primary living space outside (and undoubtedly the guest-favorite!) is the spacious front porch, strung with cafe lights. The porch offers a dining table for (8), couch and rocking chairs, twin hammocks, plus built in benches for extra seating. A galley style kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and appointments - full sized refrigerator and stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus plentiful dishes, flatware, pots and pans. There is also a water dispenser to provide cooled or heated bottled water.
