The holiday villa with pool is luxurious and tastefully decorated. The total living area with approx. 187m² gives you sufficient space for 6 + 2 persons.
The interior of the house offers each guest the opportunity to relax individually. The amenities include a comfortable outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, an outdoor hot tub and a terrace with sitting area and outdoor grill. AIR CONDITIONING in all main rooms, free W-LAN, SAT-TV, DVD and not used in wood stove complete the wellness offer.
In the upper part of the villa, the main house, you live in an elegant living and dining room with large picture window, direct sea view and exit to the veranda.
The living - and dining room is equipped with terracotta floor and rustic beamed ceiling. On the second floor there is a stylish, comfortably furnished kitchen with gas-electric cooker, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Padkaffeemaschine, kettle and toaster.
Completely separated are located on the second floor three double bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms have double beds, while one bedroom has two separate beds. These can, however, be pushed together at any time. On the same level they have a bathroom with toilet and in addition a separate toilet.
In the lower part of the holiday home is, with a size of approximately 62m², an apartment with living room. The apartment has its own kitchen and a separate bathroom with toilet. From this apartment you have a wonderful view of the sea. This lovingly furnished studio also has a small outdoor terrace with garden furniture.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are of course provided to our guests.
A laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities can of course be used.
