Indoor facilities
On the ground floor, there is an airy living room with a sofa and a fireplace, right next to it there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. A dining area for 4 persons exists pretty close to the kitchen. A bedroom with a double-sized bed exists on the ground floor with a satellite smart TV and a communal bathroom suitable for all the guests. On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 and a living area with a fireplace and a Smart TV. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double-sized bed, a satellite smart TV, and a mountain view from the balcony. Last but not least there is a bedroom with twin-size beds, a satellite smart TV, and a communal bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor facilities
A swimming pool is located in the outdoor area with sun loungers an umbrella and a barbeque with gas for you to enjoy your meals with your friends and family. At the back of the villa, there is a barbeque area with charcoal, a wood stove, and a dining table. A parking space is offered for your cars for free!
Villa Upper is part of a complex with two luxury villas, one close to the other, each one with its own facilities and amenities.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
