Our house surronded with private pool, garden and flowers in intimate atmosphere offers unique, pleasent, spacious and family atmosphere for nice vacation.
It can comfortably fit 6 adults and kids.
House has 3 sleeping rooms two of which are king size bed and one twin.Each room has air contidion such as living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with toster, coffe machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cuttle, stove with owen and dishes are provided. 2 bathrooms are fully equipped and there is washing machine.
Linen and towels are provided.
Living rooms has cable tv, DVD player, CD player and leather sofas.
Outside grill is located in garden which is in front of big terace. Terace is covered with wooden roof, but there is also open air terace. View from terace is on olive trees and flowers.
Wifi connection and parivate parking is provided in house.
We can provide You assistace with organising different kind of excursions and trips such as Bosnia and Hertzegovina, Montenegro, Elaphiti islands or anything You wish.
We can provide You renting a car or scooter on very special price.
Neighbourhood and surrounding is lovely and peacefull with family houses, walking and biking paths in very quiet and safe area.
Supermarket is 30 meters away, bus stop 80 m such as restorant and bar. Center of Cavtat 2 km and buses run frequently every 30 minutes.

Summary: We had an amazing 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything that you need, the air conditioning worked great. We sat and had breakfast every morning on the terrace. The supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and had everything that we needed. The bus top is at the end of the road that takes you into Cavtat and Dubrovnik. There is also a restaurant nearby that we visited a couple of times for lunch and and was very good and reasonably priced. We walked down into Cavtat every evening, took about 40 minutes and we got a Uber back which was €7. The swimming pool was a decent size and the temperature of it was perfect. There is also a outdoor shower and a outdoor grill. On arrival there was meat, cheeses, tomatoes, bread, fruit and some drinks in the fridge. This has been the best accommodation we have stayed in. andshow.er a Uber back. priced.
