Summary: Our family booked Villa Sol y Luna for a one in a life time vacation experience. We were a party of 15 with 3 generations of parents and cousins ages 12-69. From the start, the manager Melanie took all of our questions, assisted with booking transportation, made referrals for photography and an excursion for my mom’s must do Chichén Itzá tour and the hired chef services including units groceries to be stocked before we arrived. At arrival we had such ease with our private transport and then were greeted by Melanie and house staff, Don Pedro, Alba, Alex and Lucelie who were so incredibly helpful getting us in and showing us the house. During the week, Melanie was a text away to help with additional arrangements including taxi services for shopping at nearby Puerto Morelos. Chef Beto and his assistant Diego prepared such amazing dishes which even the most picky eater in our group was able to enjoy (do this!!). The staff worked very hard to keep the house clean and the grounds beautiful (even despite the sea grass and excess water that had been brought in by recent storms). This services and care made it so it was nothing but a completely relaxing vacation with no worries about anything. Our entire visit we felt welcomed and received such great care from everyone. It was truly a perfect once in a lifetime trip for us. I’m almost out of characters. Thank you for the beautiful property and amazing staff + Coco.
