Villa Sabina - Holiday Apartment with a lot of privacy and your own Private Pool
On the border of Umbria and Lazio, new holiday apartment in beautiful villa, with wonderful views across the surrounding countryside.
The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by a wide, easy to climb staircase. It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, two balconies, and a spacious terrace with table and chairs.
An extra single bed can be placed in the bedroom if guests wish to sleep solo.
In the living room there is a dining area and a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed in seconds. The kitchen area is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
Both the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom at an additional 8 Euros a night, but is rarely required as the ceiling fans provide adequate cooling most days and nights. (The costs of the A/C will be refunded if it is not used).
The bathroom has two separate sinks, a jacuzzi, a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. All bed linen and towels are provided, including beach towels.
On the landing there is a wardrobe and also a bookcase with a variety of books and a range of maps and brochures of the local area and main tourist sites.
You have private use of the pool, lawn and portico. In the garden there are four sun beds, two hammocks, and a garden set with table and chairs, providing plenty of opportunity for sunbathing and relaxing in peace and privacy.
There is also an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ.
The owners live on the ground floor, so they are at hand should you need anything but you will have complete privacy.
If you need to go into quarantine on arrival in Italy, we can arrange airport pick-up and a weekly delivery of groceries.
The villages of Calvi dell'Umbria (10mins' drive) and Montebuono (15 mins' drive) both have a butcher, bakery and supermarket. In Magliano Sabina (15 mins' drive) there are more shops and supermarkets.

Sports activities, including golf, tennis and horse riding, are all within a 50 mins drive.
