Magnificent living area with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, induction ceramic hob, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, freezer. Living room with fireplace and TV. Large dining room table for 10 people. Majestic swimming pool of 12x5. 5 meters secured allowing you to swim all year round. Supplement for heating off season at the rate of EUR 300 / week (need to heat it one week before arrival + during the stay. A holiday with a real comfort await you! Residential district. 10 min from the most beautiful beaches: Torreilles, Canet-en-Roussillon, Sainte-Marie, St-Cyprien. 30 min from the Spanish border. Figueres 40 min with its Dali museum and Barcelona 1h30 for shopping and outings!
