Villa offering three spacious bedrooms, two overlooking pool view. Very bright with its large picture windows, in living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The white walls and tiles illuminate this modern and sober interior. Superb view of the garden, the swimming pool with its barbecue area and its ping pong table, the pine forest in the distance on the hill. Close to shops in the village 15 minutes on foot; beaches at 30 minutes.

Summary: Quite simply a fantastic villa in a beautiful part of the world. The photos describe the property exactly and it met our family requirements and more. The villa enjoys full air conditioning and every modern convenience that anyone could wish for. The gardens and swimming pool are a delight to be in. They are not overlooked by any other property and offer full privacy. The owners Martine and Laurent are very friendly. Upon arrival we had a warm welcome and a detailed tour of the property. Everything was explained to us in both English and French which meant for an enjoyable and pleasant 2 week stay. After a power cut caused by an electrical storm, Martine sent her friendly local engineer to fix the problem the same day. Our 2 boys aged 11 & 10 enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis and boules in the village square, only a short 15 minute walk away. We also enjoyed a cycle around the local area using the cycle path network. The villa is situated a short distance from Montpellier and we enjoyed a tram-ride into the old town for sightseeing. It is worth a visit. We also visited Aigues-Morte, Sete, La Grande Motte, Le Grau-du-Roi, Nimes (Arenes du Nimes) and Pont du Gard. All of these are definitely worth a exploring. On the one rainy day of our stay, we enjoyed a visit to the Planet Ocean Aquarium and the Odysseum shopping centre. Overall, we recommend a stay at this villa and personally I wish I could buy a property like this when I retire. We look forward to returning again soon.
