Ascending to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms.

This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and an orthopedic mattress, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area.

Second Floor
Following the stairs to the second floor, you will reach a beautiful attic that hosts the master bedroom. The room boasts a Queen-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), an open closet, a small refrigerator, and an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower. Large doors and windows offer access to a private balcony with a sitting area offering panoramic views of Souda Bay, the sea, and the surrounding area.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of Villa Niolos II, filled with flowers and palm trees, offers amazing sea views, as well as a variety of facilities which include:
