The villa has a small beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. On the back there is a national park and path to secluded beaches. And there are just a few minutes walk (600 m) to the famous Salema beach (elected as one of the worlds 50 finest beaches, The Guardian, 2015) with restaurants, cafés and stores.

On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, Bose music system and a dining room for 8 people sitting with a direct access to the terrace and the garden.
